HBL Towing & Recovery provides large-scale catastrophe response fleet services for insurance carriers, broker-managed CAT programs, utilities, telecommunications providers, and critical infrastructure operators. Our teams support severe, multi-day, and multi-region events including hurricanes and tropical storms, tornado outbreaks and straight-line wind events, flooding and flash-flood recovery, ice storms and winter emergencies, wildfires and access-related incidents, and major infrastructure or power grid failures. We routinely operate in high-wind environments with downed lines, disrupted communications, restricted roadway access, and time-sensitive restoration needs.

We integrate directly with insurance administrators, national brokers, and enterprise response teams to support coordinated response efforts at scale. For insurance carrier and broker-managed catastrophe fleets, we provide centralized intake and dispatch support, high-volume towing and transport, VIN-level tracking and documentation, standardized reporting, and invoicing designed to align with audit and compliance requirements, including surge operations that can run for days or weeks.

For utility and telecommunications response fleets, we support bucket trucks, service vehicles, construction and line-repair equipment, support trailers, and other mobile assets, operating around restricted access zones and coordinated restoration timelines. For data centers and other mission-critical facilities, we provide rapid-response logistics tied to power continuity, controlled-access operations, disabled fleet recovery, and rapid clearance to restore site access during hurricanes, flooding, extended outages, and broader infrastructure disruptions. Across all activations, our model is coast-to-coast: we deploy where capacity is needed, not where it is convenient.

Our catastrophe response resources are purpose-built for scale, endurance, and cross-country deployment, including heavy-duty wreckers and rotators, medium- and light-duty tow units, specialized transport trailers, forklifts and skid steers, traffic control assets, and scene-support vehicles. We also provide time-critical, long-haul transport of generator fleets and support equipment nationwide ahead of major weather events, including multi-unit hauling with Landoll, RGN, and step-deck transport, coordinated staging, and return logistics planned to reduce congestion risk, maintain chain-of-custody, and ensure assets arrive deployment-ready. Catastrophe response requires disciplined execution under scrutiny, so we operate within incident command structures and follow strict safety, environmental, and documentation standards, including centralized dispatch, asset tracking, and multi-agency coordination.
